  1. Alienware m17x r4 i7-3740qm oc 7970m came with 021 and 0.975v
  2. Shit i have tried 017, 021, 022 vbios rom with over 1.000v and still stuck at this fu***** 0.975v, im going crazy why is it not changing....
  3. Great work now you just need to make a 1.075v 021 vbios for us ^^
  4. Ps still downclocking with ccc overvolt...
  5. Does anyone think that amd/dell could be evil and make the card crash at a certain clock speed? 945 core is 100% stable 950 core crashes after 5 min same for anything above that freq even the delay it crashes, something is fishy here.... Still on 021 vbios.
  6. Still says 0.9v when i flash via atiflash :/ even with 022... - - - Updated - - - Does anyone have 021 vbios with stock voltage of over 0.975v? - - - Updated - - -
  7. Could you send me a download link to your 021 vbios? id like to try it. Is is clevo vbios or dell? And what laptop is it running in? - - - Updated - - - - - - Updated - - - Could you send me a download link to your 021 vbios? id like to try it. Is is clevo vbios or dell? 8. I have read others did that and got stuck with 0.975v like us others, we just have to wait for the mirical patcher.. I cant wait to run this puppy at 1050core/1500mem @ 1100v
  9. Just install the latest msi afterurner, create a shortcut on the desktop and type in: "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\MSIAfterburner.exe" -xcl it should work for anyone..
  10. Does your card throttle at 1.075v? Fastest way to make it throttle is running furmark. - - - Updated - - - And does anyone know the diff between vbios 017, 021 and 022 ??? 017 uses higher stock voltage 1000v / 1050v 021/022 uses lower voltage 0.975 but when forced to 1050v via software it throttles.
  11. I dont think they changed the hardware? If not its just the bios thats a bitc*, no? The newer cards can change voltage via software, but starts to throttle like its not getting enough power :s
  12. It will come.. just be patient and use the card as stock for now.
  13. I really do hope you will find the time, one day..
  14. Yep.. welcome to the club of .021 bios cards, and the neverending wait for the new patcher..
  15. Can someone explain why the cards wih stock voltage of 0.975 cant handle anything above 1.025v ?? and start downclocking at 1.075+ ?? Can svl7 or anyone can come up with a theorie?
  16. I dont think the new cards like this method, im running 950/1500 @ 1.050v stock 0.975v, others can get there card stable at 1.100v for over 1ghz on core. But 1.100v is extremely unstable for me at 950/1500 - - - Updated - - - Also planetside 2 is the only game that crashes my pc 950/1500 @ 1.050v, but when the voltage is set to 1.020v i am able to play it at those clocks weird... But not games like crysis 2. Crysis 2 needs 1.050v. - - - Updated - - - How far can you guys overclock using the xml method with the .21 bios? with a stock voltage of 0.975? - - - Updated - - - Same here, my guess is that the cards vbios is conflicting with the software forced voltage? :s
  17. Merde... Guys do not use the xml method in CCC if you want to overclock, its verry buggy and verry unstable. If you wanna OV/UV and you got a newer card, the ONLY way to make it work is with the new Vbios patcher that is taking verry long to make... I know its hard to make but... Merde.. I WANT STABLE OC
  18. Forget to say that you have to close 2 things before changeing the voltage. In task manager close: CCC.exe and MOM.exe then change the voltage and be sure to Ctrl+s before you close the xml file, and start CCC again
  19. I used msi afterburner to unlock overdrive in CCC, and then went in the xml profile that CCC makes, scrolled down and changed 0.975v to 1.030 Using the latest Amd beta drivers 13.3 beta 3 13.2 couldnt go higer then 920 core :S so definitely driver limmited I can game with 1000mhz on core @ 1.075v for about 5 min and the dam pc crashes... strange...
  20. I have the same porblem, so i just change the voltage via software.. not as stable as vbios overclocking but it got me core: 950 mem: 1560 @ 1.030v
  21. This thread is dying... Any news about the new patcher?
