Yes, i didn't touch anything on CCC, it was all set to high quality and not on performance. Hold on, i'll give it a shot now, time to flash the cards at stock voltage (i use them 715/1000 0.96V daily )

In tree days i'll leave for my next shift in the desert.... that will be other 65 days where the best things i can do in the evening are gaming and benchmarks . Just a question, Once the screen has been calibrated with spyder, have you tried to run some game and see how it behave? I'm asking this becouse unless i leave the color control under AMD drivers, i get some flickering on games.

Well my R-2 has that noise when it's switched off and plugged. I'll wait for the M18x to be released to start call DELL support and see if i can get it as a replacement

Since the only reasonable upgrade for my R2 will be the M18x... subscribing

As far as i have seen so far the R3 with 6970 it's really impressive. But still not on par with a dual 5870's R-2 especially if running with XM cpus, but really close to it. I Will stay with my R2 for a number of reasons (many of them are the same as other users, aluminium built, 16:10 rateo screen and his quality, dual gpu). I was thinking a little bit about the change over and to get an R3, but after i saw the number from Brian K. i believe it's not worth the swap. Instead, i've ordered a 920XM
