This does help but is there anything that can help with rubberbanding, I tried with Hyper Treading disabling. Are Threaded Optimisation and Hyper Treading disabling same things?

Definitely Micro Machines V4! It is not really split screen because 4 players are on same screen. You have to race your opponents and get them off the screen

Is it possible to increase or decrease fan speed gradually, because mine always jumps from low to high and vice versa, depending on immediate temperatures?
