The smartphone and tablet industries have really vastly increased the demand for RAM chips (not exactly DDR3, but they share the same factories). It's not likely the price will drop significantly considering the high demand.

Great for me. Running a mini-ITX setup right now and look forward to reducing the footprint of my desktop. I like the reduced size and power requirements of current desktops, and can see them being useful for Home Theatre, etc.

Dual graphics cards typically improve game performance, but doesn't double - think 30%+ improvements in performance. Frankly, unless you have tons of cash to spend, forget it - most games don't need dual graphics, even at highest quality settings.
