  1. It makes sense. I think the frequency matters a lot for the 8g stick, the MemTest showed error within 5 mins even though I used slow timing 14-14-14-36 for clock at 2400mhz. Some websites showed the 4930mx or 4940mx can support DDR3(1.5v), I tried to set UEFI variables to manually select "DDR3" instead of "DDR3L" to run 2400mhz, but it didn't show effect. I saw someone online can run 2133 at CL10 in AW 18, have you tried that in your machine? I can't get CL10 work fine for mine.
  2. I can run 2400mhz (12-13-13-36) with 4x8G Corsair DDR3L in my Dell M6800(4940mx), it passed MemTest86, 3DMark, PCMark, but couldn't pass Windows based MemTest. At the end I have to down clock at 2133 (11-11-11-30) to pass the MemTest. Not sure is it because my ram cannot handle 2400 in 1.35v or my mother board cannot handle 2400mhz. I also used Thaiphoon Burner to flash the spd, no setting in BIOS.
  3. It took me 1.22v to stabilize 4.2Ghz and 1.28v to stabilize 4.3Ghz of 4940mx in my Dell M6800. I think your voltage is not bad. Even though I used liquid ultra, I still suffer from thermal throttling when clock is over 4.1Ghz under XTU stress test.
  4. Hi Khenglish, do you know how to unlock the tdp(go beyond 47W and 58.75W) in M6800? I have a 4800MQ, and I unlocked all the values that I known(related to power, tdp, current, etc) in NVRAM, and set Turbo Boost Power Max(160W) in XTU, but it doesn't work, even though I set it in NVRAM(Cpu Power Limit1, Cpu Power Limit2, Cpu Power Limit3 as 160W). The highest TDP I can get it is still 58.75W, then after about half a minute, the tdp will drop back to 47W. My current setting is voltage offset -93mv(38,37,36,36), 4 cores at 3.6GHZ for half a minutes. I am thinking how to have 4 cores at 3.8 or 3.9 GHZ.
