  1. I'm supporting you @goalque And the author of the script at least is much more smarter than me. lol
  2. Feedback from me. I've used 10.11.1 with second nVidia web driver 346.03.03f02 for 2 weeks and it has been working fine. No more freeze up and Kernel panic though I might not found it yet but compare to the previous driver I have to say it's good enough. Maybe the second driver fix the issue. (I tried 10.11 again for a week and everything still working fine never has any issue for this version except Safari a bit lack when using Expose .)
  3. Yes no problem with Windows 8.1 and 10 only sometimes boot up can be frozen after the chime but if I successfully boot in to Windows it's 99% working fine. You may tried to read the Implementation threads, as far as I know there are 3-4 threads with 650m MBP
  4. @Charly I didn't use gfxCardStatus since the previous OSX 10.11 worked like a charm but the issue just occur when I'm in 10.11.1. I played Dota2 for 6 hours watch video fro 6 hours but no problem came up but sometimes 5 mins after boot up it cause Kernel Panic. For me I think this issue is just random. As from goalque said, beta driver from nVidia may fix this. Tried the beta but didn't work can't boot to eGPU have to revert back again.
  5. 6. I don't think it can provide enough power when full loaded.
  7. I will do that tonight and report back. Thank you goalque. edit: You're right. The problem is with 0.9.7 version after uninstall 0.9.7 and install 0.9.6 everything run fine in 10.11.1
  8. MBP 15" 2012 dGPU 650 on 10.10.1 works with 346.03.03f02 but MBP's screen keep turn on apple boot screen though external display works fine. edit: Fixed it. Just use 0.9.6 instead of 0.9.7 version

I used 0.9.6 and now it got Kernel Panic every time I boot. I have to pull TB cable out so MBP can boot normally. About the Bug. in 10.11 I can run it fine so not sure if this bug just happen in 10.11.1 or not. edit: Just reverted back to 10.11 and everything is running fine again. Seems 10.11.1 may cause a bug on dGPU like you say.

  11. OS X 10.11.1 is not working with my current driver on 960 (already rerun script) This is weird, Terminal said found my 960 but when I restart it can't run on my GPU.
  12. See pizzacat's post. I did it and working fine.
  13. Is AMD card working fine with Bootcamp Windows 10 (MBR) using DIY eGPU Setup from Nando4? I'd like to get it for the next eGPU if It works great like nVidia.
  14. FYI: For 2012 MBP 15" (TB1) is not support Hot Plugging and Hot Unplugging. It'll be Kernel Panic when unplug and do nothing when plug it.
  15. Stupid me. Took time almost a month to ask. Now working fine in 10.11 GM with 15" MBP 2012
  16. I tried it with previous public betas (about beta 3-5) and results are the same. It couldn't find the driver T_T

  18. The ugliness of this rip-off is he makes things like he create everything himself though most of the information is provided here without any commercial.
  19. Did Intel really even say it themselves about eGPU? OMG
