  1. Yes it is auto-adhesive, make sure it is microperforated for a easier application (no bubbles). I'd wrapped some laptops and there is a huge difference between microperforated and no-microperforated vinyls. Also is good to use a hairdryer to finish the edges.
  2. I have the Samsung Evo 840 250GB, I use my laptop several hours a day and It has improved my productivity immensely. I have it since 1st October and magician says 0.91TB written. No performance drops until now and my boot time (w8.1) is about 15seconds.
  3. I've watched "interstellar" in IMAX in madrid, I loved the movie, but the IMAX is not worth the price paid. Poor contrast and transition between frames was too perceptible. I'd love to watch it in a 4K OLED display

    y580 Touchpad issues

I have y580 too, and my touchpad wasn't working well. I installed the most recent synaptics driver, disabled special functions like pinch to zoom, chiral and twist rotate, and set to minimum palm checker. I also installed TwoFingerScroll, and all worked perfectly, incredibly better than stock! Link to TwoFingerScroll: TwoFingerScroll v1.0.7 update! 6. I've spent 3 hours to put the vinyl on, for the gloss around the lcd I found this: no need to disassembly anything:Banane02: and you can peel it off whenever you want!
