I've posted part number for motherboard with dGPU, but there are iGPU versions too. No, camera is available but it's connected via eDP directly not separate connector. You can buy those parts directly from Dell. No, you can't. The older version of motherboard got only LVDS connector, the newer only eDP connector.

Was a bit bored, and did some more upgrades.

Dunno if you guys now, but it's possible to have FHD IPS on E6440 - the EDP lcd from E7440. Dell has updated back cover, motherboard and cable. It can be EDP now. I'm proud owner of the E6440 with FHD IPS screen

Anyone had stability issues using modded vbios and 880m? Got 2 x 880m in SLI but no matter if SLI is enabled or not my M18xR2 is freezing often with black screen.

Any plans for unlocked A12 version?

The thing is I do not use Optimus.

Was the 880m vbios tested while working on battery mode? I've got a Precision M6800 with 340.65 drivers with modified inf. On Win7 even in 2d gpu driver is constantly crashing while on battery. With same driver on Win8.1 it's crashing while trying to run somehting in 3d.

Good thing lcd replacement on E7440 is an easy job.

Of course you should do it! 93d is pretty high for a soldered discrete GPU like 650M.

Shame that optimus does not work on m6800 w 880m.
