I use my M14x often for work, e.g. writing stuff in conferences, university, ...so I have no use for a loud fan. I made a new energy-plan, and put the max. CPU-power to 30%. The powerful i7 running @30% is even fast enough for surfing, office, photoshop, etc. - but the fan won't turn on and the battery will last even longer than one would think. give it a try!

I envy anyone using the US Version of Siri... the German one doesn't even have the maps-app integrated...
