  1. Hi the problem of brightness is solved it was a lcd problem wich i thought it wasnt, since the led bulb in the lcd seem to be fine. Still the system doesnt controll my fans... grrrrrr
  2. Sorry svl7 im sorry i notice know that you also make a lot of bios and vbios, im new in the forum and i dont came here very often anyway, i did talk about svet since that what i read in other forums no mean to desrespect your work or his... thank you
  3. I know he asks for donate, im kind of new in this stuf, and i dont know no one else that make vbios, thats why i talk about svet. Its to bad that your gpu is like that, well mine is also strange im trying to get a vbios for it but its hard. Best luck
  4. Hope not, i think maybe the last thing you can do is taliking to svet see what he thinks, and if it is vbios he makes one for you, im going ask him to did one for me since im having also some troubles with my card...
  5. I did replace my mobo ms16-f1 for a ms16-f2. (All the parts seem to be the same Housing Lcd buttons etc). The problem is that there isnt a msi vbios for gtx 670m 1.5gb, only for gtx 670m 3.0gb, i will try to see if svet can make one for this card maybe modifying the vbios of the msi gtx 670m 3.0gb to mine. In my case in bios and in Windows the light problem is the same, it inst the lcd cable since i can move the lcd up and down and nothing happens, to the light flickers when it starts consuming more power and the clocks go up. I will try to contact svet to see what he thinks and what he need to make me a vbios. Thank you
  6. Hi I had similiar problema but it didnt freeze only get a error during installion. I found these and it work: NOTE: If you are using Windows 8, you need to disable Driver Signature Enforcement (you need to do this for any unsigned driver -aka beta drivers- also.)
  7. Hi thank you for your fast anwser, i cannot tell because i had a msi gt660r and the motherboard died, so i upgrade the motherboard to ms16-f2 and bought the gtx 670m. Your the third person today that tells me that it might be something about the graphic card, so i download gpu-z and the VBios is from dell, also to install the gpu i had to modify the drivers. The chipset and usb3 are installed. Do you think is vbios related since the one i have is from dell? Thank you
  8. Hi Thank your your anwser, yes in bios and in Windows it happens the same, when i press fn+UP the brightness goes up and down. The term i use is wrong not flickers the led light sometimes goes up and down without touching anything, i think i have to make a vídeo so people can understand what im talking about. I think it can be the vbios i bought this card in ebay from mokkin, and i had to make a modded driver for it, i already search modded vbios for gtx 670m and no luck. thank you
  9. Please delete this threat since i open another one with all the problems im having. Thank you
  10. Hi everyone I have a msi gt683r with a gtx 670m, someone can help me. I have this problems: - The USB of the right side, next to the audio jacks doesnt work. - The FN-Buttons do not function properly in screen dimming. - Problems with fan regulation (e.g. fan always running @100% with light of the fan off, when i press the fan button light goes on fan goes maybe to 80%), the system OS doesnt controll fan speed. (With the program that controll the fan only the last step works). - Low brightness, i mean it seems it only gives me 50% of what i should had, and sometimes the light flickers. (Dont know if it is because of my 150w psu since i upgrade it to gtx 670m). Gt687R ? Bios version: EF16F2IMS.30Z 04/06/2012 ECVERSION:16F2EMS1 VER4.24 12/06/2011 So is this problems related to my EC Firmware i already flash EC Firmware again, and i also reset the bios dindt work to. Does anyone knows how to solve this problems? Thank you « Last Edit: Today at 07:07:41 by hernanisilvaa »
  11. Hi I have a msi gt683r with a upgrade of a gtx 670m gpu, i have a problem with the brightness, in Windows and in bios, when i press fn+Up(brightness) keys it doesnt work correctly, the brightness of the lcd goes up and down and sometimes it flickers, but the worst thing is that the lcd is little to dark... PS: The lcd leds is working and the vga cable is fine. Im using a gt660r power supply 19.5v-7.7A, does anyone knows if my ms16-f2 and gtx 670m needs more power and it might be this the problem? Does anyone had this problem and know the solution? Thank you for your help...<!-- google_ad_section_end -->
