So what happens if the transition BIOS version 5DCN90WW the versions 5DCN40WW. I have win 7 and wanted me to have the bios in this system versions. He did have one?

The best solution is to create a system image and restore it on the new drive (CD-ROM you will need to perform a recovery disk and a few DVDs or USB drive for system image)
