Download the original tool from asus website and flash a newer Bios. It will error if it fails and not write to prevent damage

I agree. Apple always tries to foresee a potential market niche and jump on it. Very rarely does it catch but when it does others follow...iPad

The statement "cant access bios" is very broad. Can you define "cant access" i.e. wont allow you to enter the bios with a key press? No display comes on? Splash screen comes up then goes black? I wouldnt see how a windows update would cause a motherboard or video card to fail. As stated by tucker. If you have NO video period once you press the power button try those trouble shooting methods

I had the same issue. I had to send mine off for rma as it basically disabled the sata contollers on board and I couldnt install windows or boot from it

I use a 256 ssd for a primary drive and the 750gb drive for storage. I would love to be able to upgrade the video card if it is ever possible.
