I have:

-Gigabyte Z68 motherboard

-Xeon 1230 v2 CPU

-Corsair H100i GTX cooler

My idle temperature is always aroudn 30 degree.

My ambient temperature is around 25 degree (I know, it's a hot room).

Is there any suggestions on improving the temperature?

For a CPU temp that is pretty good, It would be hard to reduce the temp much more without significant modifications (basically you would need to move beyond liquid cooling and start creating an air conditioner.

Any reason for trying to get it colder or you going for as cold as possible (which is a good enough reason in my book)?

Your idle temps are only 5C above ambient. That is already very good, and I dont see any practical reason to waste your time on reducing it by a couple of C.

That's actually very good. Idle temp is good even under 40 degrees, so you're fine.
