Founder StamatisX Posted August 19, 2011 Founder Share Posted August 19, 2011 What BIOS version do you have? Make sure you have A10 installed and if you have it restore its setting to default. If that doesn't work unplug it from AC and remove the battery. Then hold the power button for a couple of seconds, put the battery back, plug the AC back in and check to see if the battery is properly recognizedAbout the bluetooth... that's kinda weird, do you have any other wireless devices around there that could interfere? Founder StamatisX Posted August 19, 2011 Founder Share Posted August 19, 2011 ok, can you boot the system with battery only?
Alex Six
nope, when i check the battery (with the little button) it has 1 dot of charge. i cannot boot without the AC adapter on.
Founder StamatisX Posted August 19, 2011 Founder Share Posted August 19, 2011 At this point call Dell and see if they can replace the battery, probably it is faulty. I don't think it is a motherboard problem
