AziraphaleUK Posted February 9, 2015 Share Posted February 9, 2015 Need to replace the keyboard on a P570WM - I have been informed the keyboards for the P170/P370EM's will fit, however my supplier only has the newer keyboards with the Windows key on the right of the keyboard and not the left like the old keyboard.So the question is if I fit a right-handed Windows key keyboard will the key function as a the Windows key or will it be mapped as the FN key ?Anybody know? Khenglish Posted February 9, 2015 Share Posted February 9, 2015 The windows key will be the fn key, and vice-verse. Physically you will use the new keyboard exactly the same as the old one, just the labels for the win and fn keys will be wrong.
