If we disable the iGPU it will also cause no more picture on screen with dGPU as all video traffic is physically routed through the Intel GPU.

But in the DELL macines there is a bios function the use the 7970m as the aktive only one card .

Because i want the use the new Mantel Driver ^^ and enduro machines are not supported

Dell systems use a hardware switch.

Though Khenglish wanted to try to use a secondary internal monitor port which he found on his board...

Yeah, but I'm worried that it is LVDS so I'll fry the motherboard plugging an eDP screen into it. I need to find some way to determine if it is eDP or not.

Update: I looked in the schematic and one port is LVDS while the other is eDP. Also on a side note I have been told that my panel was eDP, but the fact that the LVDS port is used on the motherboard and the fact that the monitor datasheet says LVDS makes me say it's really LVDS.
