jwilde464
Hi all, during playing a game on the laptop the screen suddenly turned off (everything else still on). I turned the laptop off and on to see if it sort it however the screen remained off and the num/scroll lock LEDs started flashing.I then did the power drain and tried again, this time making it to the desktop for all of about 2 min before the thing froze. Are there any ideas on what the problem is and how to sort it? jwilde464
Ok I managed to get it working again.I removed the gpu and checked everything, cleaned the gpu port and gpu. I also re flashed the original vbios and took off the motherboard battery. After putting it all back together and starting it up I've had no problems yet.
