bdachev
Hi Guys, was wondering if anybody has the same problem and found a solution.Maybe an year ago I bought SVS1511N3ES with Win 7 preinstalled.I decided to upgrade to Win 8 but instead of upgrading made a dedicated partition and fresh installation which worked fine and I have both OSes.Now the problem I have is that so called 'Vaio Smart Network' utility, which is the tool for turning WiFi and Bluetooth on and off, does not work with Win 8. No icon is displayed in tray although I could see it running as a service in task manager. The only way to make it work reboot in Win 7, enable Bluetooth from there and then reboot to Win 8. In that case it is recognized by Win 8 and the driver is enabled. But once I disable it inside Win 8 on next power off/on of the laptop I am unable to activate Bluetooth anymore.
