Ive been plagued by this throttling problem ever since and well I heard on Dell Ideastorm that going to bios A08 for m14xr2 solves the throttling issue is it true ? ...Moreover im on bios A11 so should I go to A13 and unlock it or A08 and unlock it... and will unlocking the bios and vbios free me from 67c throttling?
