Guzmanus
HelloI've been testing the Windows 8.1 final release (the one that's already avaiable for both manufacturers and students) and i've run into a problem. When i try to play almost any CPU demanding game, the system kicks me out of it saying it must close programs because it´s running out of memory. I've made some tests and that's a joke: when the warning appears i still have about 4Gb free RAM. I've discarded RAM problems by runing memtest for about 3 hours without any kind of problem, and i've checked that Windows 8 doesn't have this problem.Has anyone found this issue in their systems? The only thing that comes to my mind is some kind of BIOS incompatibility but im not really sure...

Aerandir14
The bios issue between Windows 7 and Windows 8 was only about UEFI I think ... So you shouldn't have problems with 8.1Did you check your Windows virtual memory ?
Skynniman
Hi,I have the same problem with some games like "Need for speed : The Run", yesterday, I have added 4gb (I'm now with 8gb) to my computer and it's the same so I think Microsoft don't have made a real compatibility between w7 and w8
