Gearsguy
So I was poking around some forums and was reading a thread on screen calibration. Decided to find my display model name (Samsung 140KT - 900p screen) and googled it because why not. In the front page, I see this on ebay in google. Samsung 140KT MATTE screen. Its 14 inches, has the same model number, and its matte. Anyone got any clues?Samsung LTN140KT01 14.0" LED Screen LCD Matte Un-Tested | eBay
unreal25
There are plenty of eBay ads that are incorrect, and this may be one of those. $90 for an untested screen? rofl... this screams scam.
iloveb00bs
i think all alienware screens are matte but that dam edge to edge glass/plastic makes it super glossy and reflective.

unreal25
Also I looked a bit more it seems its possible it is matte screen if its the same one as used in Thinkpad T420. If it is really the same screen, I head its relatively poor. (But I guess it works fine.)

unreal25
I was aiming at that its likely it won't work and that due to that (untested) its price was unrealistically high.
