Hi! Yes it's possible, after you flash unlocked bios, then whitelist will be unlocked and all Wi-Fi cards will work, but you can't enter in bios setup menu, because you don't know your password.

Hi! 1. I think that 1150mV it's too much for GTX 970M, I think that 1056 - 1068 mV is optimal for overclock GTX 970M. 2. Also, I think that 230W PSU better choice then 180W PSU for overclock GTX 970M (in laptops with any i7 CPU).

Hi! No, battery whitelist does not present in BIOS, it placed in EC firmware, therefore I can't help you with battery whitelist. As I wrote in first post of this thread, I can unlock whitelist for upgrade Wi-Fi card, also I can unlock advanced menu.
