1. Completely disable laptop with long press and hold the Power button. 2. Press and hold F2 button, and start laptop (to go in bios setup menu). 3. Press F9 button, then Enter button. Then press F10 button, then Enter button.

I think pin 51 (W_DISABLE2) for some reason get signal to disable Bluetooth part of your BCM94352HMB.

Hi! No, your RAM works correctly, it's DDR3 - double-data-rate, some utility showing it as half frequency and you should to multiply it by 2, for example 800x2=1600.
