    I guess throttling. No turbo fan button on my panel or turbo boost button. Is there any keyboard shortcut for enable TurboFan? Fn+F1 won't work. I tried Beta EC 5.04 but still same..

    While booting press F8 for Advanced options, you can choose a restore point before install updates. If you got BSOD can you write error code?
