Hi! I messed up an intel csme update on my x260 and my tpm stopped working. I have tried re-running the update, clearing the chip and cmos, reflashing the bios, but i can't get it to work. I assume I somehow corrupted the me rom and I will need to reflash it. Could you help me? Thanks
