There is a GT70 2OD DA2 laptop with a 4940mx processor and a GTX 980M 8GB (VBIOS 84.04.22.00.0A) graphics card, BIOS E1763IMS.70V (Win10, last EC, drivers are installed and updated normally, but optimus is not working). The question is as follows, a strange thing happens on the latest official BIOS E1763IMS.71D, when rebooting, the laptop is turned off (instead of the usual reboot) for about 2-3 seconds, and then turned on again. But at the same time, optimus starts working on this BIOS version. I wrote to MSI support, they said it's okay, such a reboot mode is possible. But this is not the solution. Hardware problem is excluded. I would like to know if the problem with optimus is solvable in BIOS E1763IMS.70V? Maybe through the installation of another VBIOS? Or something else?
