same problem ,i tryed ... i found an old motherboard and i tryed to read bios from it , and that 1 worked ,auto detected and bios read corectly,i dont know why doesnt work on this chip

any atempt to read bios is same 00000000, i dont know what is wrong, maybe this bios is protected ...i realy dont know , connectios are good and right. It could be from my windows version ...?i have windows 10 last revision.
