The modified BIOS doesn't call the EZFlash like the stock BIOS does... leave the battery out for about 20 minutes... You may be bricked... You can disassemble and use equipment to flash the BIOS with a direct connection, but it's looking like RMA... -

Is there a donate option? Think its in the first post... I'd like to donate... And look forward to the 222 BIOS with the 670m mods... These unlocked options are new to me so I may have a question or two on how to get the most from my CPU as well... Not sent from your phone... -

The Asus has returned... and despite the horror stories I'm completely satisfied... @svl7 I didn't kill it by accident... I know what I'm doing... If there's anything in the works, I'd like to beta test it... -

But I read the whole thread, I'm qualified... just kidding... anyways, when I get it back, I plan to reflash anyways, just would like to see if anyone has flashed the BIOS and used the keyboard fix, and retained the mods... the fix's first step is to flash stock .222... so does someone need to dump a stock BIOS and a no light BIOS to try and narrow it down? -

Same here but I sent it in anyways... There's no evidence I modified it... I took everything back out... no stickers, etc... Not sure how they would know... -

Do you have a 660m or 670m? Mine is bricked right now, I'm either going to need to replace the BIOS, the MB, or just send it in... It's in it's warranty timeframe, hopefully it's a free repair or I won't get hit too hard... -

Sorry to post this, and I understand why you would stand behind your work, but I think enough users have reported the backlight issue to say it's NOT coincidental and is related to either the MOD or the Intel Flashing program... -

BIOS Version 222 didn't fix it... Do you think it may have something to do with Intel flashing utility used to flash your modded BIOS? Wiping something it shouldn't perhaps? Would you be able to build a stock BIOS to be flashed with that utility on the off-chance it may fix it?
