Hello, is it safe to unlock bios? I have problem on my Y50-70 Touch with fans which still spinning and when CPU load over 10%+- fans are louder (but temps are OK) , but not stop after start laptop. I have the latest bios 9ECN43WW(V3.03) . So maybe I need only change EC and fan speed? I would be happy, if fans start spin from some temperature, not from 10%+ CPU load. Thank you in advance.
