Hi svl7 When I flash your moded vbios,in device manager/display adapter, gtx 880M can't be identified. it became to "Standard VGA Graphic Adapter". Is this because the moded vbios is dell version? I just use the moded INF from Laptopvideo2go,so i can install the driver 337.88. here is benchmark after I flash moded vbios here is with the original msi vbios After flash the moded vbios it is not throttling, but compare to original vbios, 3dmark 11 it just got +500 at stock. is this normail? - - - Updated - - - Hi svl7 When I flash your moded vbios,in device manager/display adapter, gtx 880M can't be identified. it became to "Standard VGA Graphic Adapter". Thanks to svl7 and Jonhnkss for your great work. But I have a question that my machine is MSI GT70(with 880m), after i flash moded 880m vbios, my laptop doesnt identify 880m, how do i solve this problem?

Svl7 has replied about gtx 880m moded vbios at #3724 Here is what he said: Sup dudes, busy days... thanks for sharing your vbios copies, really appreciate it! 800m series mods will come. 880m mod is actually ready for quite a while now, those who followed our benchmarks etc are probably aware of that. It's not like we don't like to share, that would be a ridiculous assumption, especially looking at the 600m and 700m series mods, however we have some reasons to relax a bit and wait... can't ask anyone to understand this, but please... some patience would be nice. Also I have hardly seen any 800m benchmark at stock clocks or overclocked with stock vbios so far... yet so many are screaming for a vbios mod. Would be interesting to see what the refreshed cards are capable at stock... I think all we can do is have patience and wait.

Hi Klem, Thx for ur vbios, I just flashed it and test in graphic1,still got the same problem, if overvolted over than default voltage(993mv),it starting got seriously throttling. I dont know why. I've been flashed the beta EC from the MSI forum and change to 230w psu, Is it the power problem or limited by vbios?

Here is my GT70 3920XM, GTX 880m with stock vbios and stock clock, and here is OC to +50 clock and +120 memory. With stock clock or overclock,it is throttling, when OC over than +50,it always crash. At stock vbios, voltage is adjustable, but when I OV to 1000mv its got more seriously throttling. Here is the stock clock with OV to 1000mv

Hello johnksss, With Svet's moded vbios at all default it got throttle. When I increase a little bit voltage to 1.000mv, it got throttle more seriously. Even with the CPU default clock without OC, OV GPU(default clock) still got the same situation. I duno why? So,what's the difference of vbios with this review [Review] Nvidia GTX 880m
