A couple days ago, I tried flashing a new modded BIOS onto my GPU using nvflash, but I kept getting errors and never could get it to work. So I decided just to stay with the current BIOS on the GPU. But ever since I tried that, I've been getting alot of stuttering in games and also in benchmark tests (Valley Benchmark). I tried various things to fix it such as; running the card at default clock settings, updating the drivers, and disabling then re-enabling the card all to no avail. The only thing that worked was booting into my iGPU (Intel HD 4600), updating those drivers, then booting back into my discrete GPU. That solved it until I restarted the computer and the problem was back again. Anybody know why this would happen and how to fix it?

Would the fact that the lower Default clock affect it at all?
