what about a m-ssd I see there is a spot for it in the R1, but does it work? would like to use it if it does and get another SSD sata drive.

Mine work fine, I think I might have downloaded the command center for the m14xr2 which has windows 8 avalible, even tho I got the R1 is still worked for me
