Nice man, congrats! Enjoy :-)
Wish there was a cheap way for me to have one... Shipping would kill me and buying one locally in brazil requires a mortgage!

zyxel does look as a good competitor to the qnap.
both offer vefy nice features, i personally would trust qnap as NAS is their main business.
-
sorry, that was from a cell phone, the model i meant is QNAP, Inc. - Network Attached Storage (NAS) - Products - Products - Storage - Home & SOHO - 2-Bay - TS-212

Take a look at qnap dual drive appliances. Veeery good quality, been using one for about 3 years already and only have good stuff to say.
Also fits your budget pretty nicely.
There you go http://www.qnap.com/useng/index.php?lang=en-us&sn=862&c=355&sc=526&t=694&n=12501

Hmm, weird issue indeed. Are there any screen drivers you can install?

After officiad A11 update I can go for an A11 unlocked?
wouldn't need to ask if you had read the instructions.
You HAVE to be on A11 official to flash A11 unlocked.

I have successfully ran LMDE (Mint Debian Edition) on my m11x, installation was a breeze and everything worked out of the box.

so anyone from NYC here with a heightened sense of hospitality and sharing ? I'll be there till the 14th of March ...
-
you mean you turn it on and this screen comes up immediately?
can you make a video of you turning it on ?
-
why can't you enter the bios exactly ?
as far as i know that screen you showed is shown after the bios splash where you fan press a key to enter it. Unless it's different on the MSI and this is the first screen, highly doubt it though.

That was a common problem back "in the day" when my M18X with 6990M CF-X was cutting edge. Driver updates often seemed to "break" the screen brightness setting. Not having any such trouble on my P370EM with dual 680Ms.
showoff!!

sounds like the video card is ok now. maybe try to reset bios defaults?

I downloaded from the Spoiled thing (First download the attachment from below and extract it (i.e. on your Desktop)....) From StamatisX
So I have no idea really, haha. I have the Windows 98 Boot Screen when it boots from the USB Stick.
and you did run the prr.exe tool before running flash.exe right ?
I'll let @svl7 respond.

Hello, my problem is a little different, so maybe someone can enlighten me on what I am doing wrong.
I followed all the instructions, however, when I type Flash.bat, this error screen showed up:
[PMODE/W] Abort: 00
Exception: 0E
Error Code: 00000000
And a bunch of other numbers at the bottem.
Anyone have any idea what might be causing it not to flash?
what version of DOS are you using on your memory stick you're booting from ?
-
up to you really.. there could always be undocumented fixes inside...

Thanks! It works good (after some blindflash and windows install) With the m17 bios my computer booted, dont crashed down but the gpu is not detected in the bios. This modified m14 test2 solved the problem.
good work!
Why did you even try flashing the m17x bios??

Hi,
Thanks svl7, I was able to install A10 unlock BIOS aver A10 Dell BIOS with second method (by using the FPT tool).
My Intel video card is disabled and only PEG card is enabled (AMD).
I have a question, can i install A11 Dell BIOS over A10 unlock BIOS and after install A11 unlock BIOS over A11 Dell BIOS with the second method (by using the FPT tool)?
Thanks.
Best regards.
eivan
