Just purchased a coolermaster laptop cooling fan. Temps are noticeably cooler. running only in the upper sixties after multitaskingg and multi installations. Will try gaming soon...

Plan on getting a cooling fan of some type at some point. Also want to get an m.2 to hopefully reduce heat consumption...

How are m.2 ssd's with regard to game play??? Is there less heat consumption??? Looking to naturally reduce temps during gameplay as much as possible. I could re-paste if I really wanted to but would rather not...

I use core temp and while playing call of duty, Wolfenstein etc temps have gone from 95 to 98 degrees, but as someone else said, it quickly goes back down to the eighties...

Hi All, I have had the lenovo 755m SLI w/dual graphics cards(ultrabay), 16g ram 1tb +8 SSD since March. I get alot of freezing during startup. Plan to purchase an M.2 SSD, which I'm hoping will reduce some of the freezing.. Anyone have any ideas as to why??? Running 8.1..

Hi, The 755m SLI which I have, has an added advantage with the ultra bay port and second graphics card. If possible, i WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GETTING IT. It makes a big difference when gaming.
