Anyone got a BIOS for GE60 2PE with 860m?

Hi, I got my brand new MSI GE60 2PE today and I think I have a defective unit. Within minutes of turning it on first time I get black line across the screen, it happens every now and again but starts to be every few minutes the more the laptop heats up. I then rebooted into BIOS to remove software problems but yet again same issue occurs which confirms to me its a hardware fault. Do you guys think its better to go through MSI or shop I got it from? Also is this a common issue in MSI laptops? Thanks
