Would the card run at 100% performance with TB Thundertek? Does the g46vw have tb2 ? I see tb portal on mine

I dont udnerstand why u have to change the motherboard.. i have a g46vw myself and it has thunderbolt portal. BTW, would the card run at 100% performance with this mod? Or it would be limited?
