No its not possible as the gpu in the 14 is soldered to the motherboard and the 765m is the best gpu available for it so far until alienware updates the 14 to 860m hopefully but even then u have to replace the whole motherboard

Agree on the build quality issues as i have a 4 year old hp laptop that its case have been cracked but the elitebook series are decent tho
