@clemson was there any luck with Klem's solution? I am going to be installing Windows 8 next week and getting prepared for the install. I would prefer to dual boot as well in a similar fashion as you have, so would love to hear if it worked. Thanks.

This makes me nervous, do you have a link to your hdd bay? I just bought a generic one from Amazon hoping to throw a 2TB 2.5" in there. This makes me nervous now, but will post my results.
