So you applied the pads on the backside of the motherboard right? The gpu and cpu cores have paste on them? Mine did, and i didn't have pads so i just re greased with as5 worked ok, but my hdd is still getting scorched. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

Schranz, would you care to share where you purchased the pads and which ones you purchased? I'm getting up into the 80s and need to repaste/repad. Thanks!
