thats what i said haha but now im waiting for any info i mean is it normal to show on the site as edd 8/11 still :/ ? edit supervisor is suppose to call today idk when ,,

ok i placed my order 7/29 after a payment fiasco it went into production 8/1 ... ok now edd was today needless to say dell messed up and didnt ship it so it sits there waiting for fed ex/ups so they say now on the 800 num it stated shipped .. but on the site saying in production still even though two reps called monday saying it was done.. i called three hours 6 reps later im still lost as to whats going on they say its ready but ups didnt pick it up .. anyone have any ideas?
