idt it would benefit much, maybe a lil quieter, but when i re-pasted with better paste, sat it on a rigged up cold air cooler(old window ac unit in the window next to my laptop, with a hose running from the vent to the under side of my desk, with a hold cut so cold 32 degree air is hitting my laptop at all times lol)... laptops are normally loud, especially powerful ones..
