Seems like my 780m is lazy, likes to clock to the default 771mhz then boost to my oc setting of 928mhz when its too late. Causes some stuttering and game play i believe would be a lot smoother if it would just stay at 928mhz full time. My temps are good usually under 72C, I have the 120mhz 3d screen, I assume theres not a different bios download because of it is there?

i have 4x4gb running at 1333mhz and xtu shows it oc'd but really isnt doing it. Any figure it out? would at least like to be running at 1600. Stacey what memory are you running?

I know people are retrofitting a new fan with a lot higher CFM then the stock 1.74CFM fan, is there any aftermarket ones for the 17?? Maybe they use the same one? 1.74 CFM and how painfully loud it is sad. Someone came up with aftermarket fans I bet they would make $$$ as the rating to noise ratio is horrible.

So did anyone take the plunge and try this? Im mostly wanting it for under volting.. Wish there was more of aftermarket cooling accessories for our laptops, they can get loud.
