Have you had any luck getting the eGPU working on the Asus? I have been doing research for awhile now and haven't read to many success stories with thunderbolt eGPU's on windows based computers. The laptop I've been leaning toward is Gigabytes P35k.

I was under the impression that the 780 was pcie 3.0 and most of the adapters only support pcie 2.0 speeds. There is no problem using the 780 in a pcie 2.0 adapter?

You have any luck getting your eGPU to run off the thunderbolt port on the 750?
