Hi, I have a Y500 with two batteries which are supposed to be rated at 72MaH but only show 63MaH. I have tried reconditioning but nothing, does anyone know how to fix this the batteries have barely been used

I am trying to do this flash so that I may install a Killer WiFi card in my laptop, will this work as expected?
