I am ok with 900p, but the bezel is REAL UGLY ... They could fit a 15" in that bezel ...

Although you can use 10.8.5, I'd wait for mavericks and go for the 10.9 with native support for Haswell !

Add extra RAM and a SSD, will feel so much faster, and maybe cheaper !

Why would you upgrade in 1st place ? I think it would be too expensive, and I would add a lot of upgrades before considering replacing the 4700mq

The y510p accepts exactly the same memmory as the y410p ?
