Normaly is the gtx670mx not compatible with the ms-16f2 barebone. The gtx770m is the only compatible Kepler card. All other Kepler cards dont work... Black screen.

@hans123 I easily installed just a original MSI GTX780M in a GT60 0NC (MS-16F3). It only works for Windows 7 and I had to flash the latest BIOS.

Unfortunately this is not possible. I only have a MS-16F2 barebone, which here is not compatible with the GTX780M. Furthermore, although I have lying around a MS-16F3 motherboard, which also went yesterday ... but today only flashes the power button when turning it on, no idea why.

Does anyone else have an idea?

I've got a GT60 0NC with a GTX780M. Since I had constant frame crashes, I have Nvidia GTX 780m - 'OC edition' - rev02.zip flashed from here. The notebook but will not start now ... the post screen comes and there where right Dynaudio & Intel is running, ne sequence-number ... 99 B4 92 and then the unit will remain standing and freezes at 92!

In the thread there is extra, which should work on MSI cards ...

How can I fix the error now?

i need this card for 2 devices... 1. MS-16F2 (MSI GT683DXR) and 2. MSI GT60 (1. Revision). So can i buy this Alienware Card or do i need flash the MSI vBIOS from solidus1983 ? i´ve read something, that Alienware Cards don´t work in MSI Barebones... ?

some Versions of the GX60/70 don´t come with a SSD inside.. specialy the cheap models

@thiki open the large inspection door and look to see if an mSATA adapter is installed or not. If not, you can use only normal 2.5 " SSDs ... or just buy you the mSATA adapter for around 100Euro.

I have a Medion X6819 Erazer based on the MS-16F2. The Medion X6815 Erazer of dede76 also based on the MS-16F2 ...

Unfortunately, I find no direct indication of which graphics card now works on this motherboard ... maybe someone knows if MSI GTX680M work?

Where did you buy the GTX770M and for how much? I plan my Medion X6819 (MS-16F2 barebone) to miss a new video card, as well as the Medion X6811 (MS-16F1 barebone).

Is there somewhere a tutorial on how I need to modify the heat sink?
