Hey guys, It's been awhile since this ever happened to me. Long story short: playing resource-intense game (in this case it was diablo 3, 4 players, map full of weird demons) and my gpu starts acting like screen below. In every other game as well. 1-3 sec the performance is great and then it lags for a moment or two and so on and so forth. Any ideas what might cause this? drivers have been updated to latest beta (with inf mod kindly presented by j95). I'd appreciate any useful input, really.

guys, I think we should also discuss with which video drivers we achieve highest results? because some of posts as I noticed contain modded .inf, please, post your driver version alongside with screen so that others may improve their scores as well. thanks!

Hey guys, This is sort of off-topic (hence the name of the forum) but I really need some help and hope there are people out there who are willing to share some knowledge. I was generally interested in finding people in this area of business like engineers, patent holders and in general, wanted to discuss the industry and the trends. Maybe we have a place on forum that discusses such topics or some other forum you could PM me to go look for. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any suggestion is deeply appreciated!

Hey guys, The problem I started experiencing yesterday is that when I play dota 2 and am (for some reason it happens always on this moment) defeating Roshan on Diretide, my laptop stops recognizing that the charger is plugged in. This is the third time in 2 days that this happened, my laptop's been on whole day today - the issue doesnt seem to be there by itself. No, it doesn't happen on every Roshan encounter at DT, but I couldn't simulate this problem so far in other circumstances. The first 2 times when this occured my battery drained to 5% in about 1 minute and laptop shut down!!! This last time though - just a regular non-recognizable charger followed by standard battery drain. I couldn't solve the problem by rebooting, HOWEVER, a shut down and turning the laptop back on made it recognize that its plugged in. I'm running a custom A12 bios made by TechInferno and a gtx 680m that I installed with modified drivers if this helps. Hope someone can help me solve this, would greatly appreciate any tips! Thanks

quick update: just installed 680m, a lot better now, except, the score is by 1k lower than the average? im running 326.19 beta drivers with modded inf.ImageShack - gtx 680 test.png

Hey, 1 thing up front: yes, I used the search, even on other forums, blame me, but found nothing. I am new to these forums, but am a member of NBR forum for several years now, some folks recommend that I looked here for help. The topic's really easy: I had a 6970m underperforming under any drivers/windows reinstalls (lags, lags, lags... reverted back to stock driver - lags lags lags...) Hence, tomorrow a guy comes around who wishes to sell to me his gtx 680m for $400, he will try to mount it up to my AW to see if it works. Since he has a Clevo laptop (the reason why he bought that DELL gtx 680m as he claims was to up his laptop, but it didn't work), I am stuck in asking here: 1) is there a guide to installing a gtx 680m over 6870/6970m's ? 2) any special software/hardware manipulations that I am supposed to perform? 3) I also downloaded 326.19 beta drivers - is this a good choice? 4) any additional comments? any help is greatly appreciated!!!!
