Is it best to limit your FPS to increments like your refresh rate, half your refresh rate or can you just set it to anything you want?

Do you guys experience any performance problems with that many mods? I love having mods but I'm already pushing it in terms of framerate and I don't want to make it worse.

How much of an improvement are people getting?

Awesome guide. Is there any recommendations for fixing rubberbanding in multi? What ever I do doesn't fix it.

So did it actually work and help with overvolting the CPU or did it do squat?
