i got it. just had to formate the usb divice to fat32 ,not ntfs.

Damn ! I got a new model, but had to switch to lagacy ,because it will not boot win8 from usb with uefi. Installed a samsung ssd and after that i did a clean win8 installation without sony bloatware, but will not boot in Uefi mode. does someone know tis issue and how to fix it ? hope that someone find a way to overclock the gpu with newer bios versions, that would be awesome !!

if i can upgrade the bios , why isnt it possible to downgrade it to older version which i can flash with the overclock mod ?
