I asked the guy if the card was ES and he said"we are shipping MP (Mass Production) cards - nor ES or QS" I asked if a Eurocomm card would work in an M3 he said"yes, it will work in Alienware as long as you get proper EC/BIOS from them" The card is $450 plus $25 shipping.Can you guys give me your opinion on wether this sounds OK or should I try to get a Dell card which will probably be next to impossible.A couple of guys on that "other" forum are buying from this guy.The name is upgradeyourlaptop.Let me hear from you.Thanks. Widezu This has 2 huge fans and you can reposition them but you really don't have to cause the fans cover such a large area and you can crank them up to 2600 rpms

I've tried several different laptop coolers.Wind up sending them back(good old Amazon).This one is a keeper.It really cools down your machine when gaming or benching.About 10c on CPU,8-10c on GPU.It's a little pricey $50,free shipping, no tax and IMO well worth it.Even comes with different color pulsating lights

@mw86* when I enable non tubo flex support I get another option"Extreme Edition" which can be enabled or disabled, I don't see anything about turboflex GeoCake[/MENTION]"]ratio.@GeoCake you have your flex set to 30 and your memory is 1.65 instead of 1.50. Do you leave the memory at 1.65 when your'e not benching or gaming and how come your flex is so high? What settings on your 2920 do you use when you use 3DMark Vantage?

I noticed you can increase flex with "non turbo flex support" disabled.But it's not doing anything with flex then correct?

How do you turn up flex?

So I bought an OEM 2960 to replace my ES2960. The reason I did that was because I heard an OEM won't use as much juice when overclocking.I ran some benches with it and discovered that I could not go over 44 on 4 cores or I'd get a BSOD.Even 45 on 1 and 44 on 3 no good.With my ES I could go as high as 46x4 with no problems.I sent the OEM back to my friend and now I'm back on the ES.

Well I repasted CPU and GPU with this stuff called Tuniq TX4 and I must say I'm getting some great results. I broke 18K on Vantage and I got well over 26K on 3DMark06.Has anyone else used or heard of this product?

I have a 2960XM and lately it performs better at stock clocks than when I overclock it using XTU and the modded A08 Bios.Maybe it's worn out and needs a replacement. If and when I do replace it I'll get a 2920 instead of a 2960.Any thoughts?
